Mercedes ML350 Stereo Amplifier Fuse Location

Your stereo may continue to work but no audio or very little to audio may be heard from your vehicle's speakers.  It could be your sound amplifier's fuse.  The Amplifier itself in a 2006+ ML350 is located in a little compartment under the carpet of the driver's seat.  However the fuse is located in the fuse panel that resides in the trunk on the passenger side of the vehicle.  Check this video to see the details.
